YOUR ENQUIRY

Privacy notice

When you contact Coastal Pack through this website, we collect the information you submit: your company and contact details, location, cup preferences, expected volume, programme interest and message.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss possible supply arrangements. The form’s contact permission does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter or create a contract.

Storage and service providers

The website is designed to run on Vercel, with enquiry records stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database. These providers process information to operate the service. When email notifications are enabled, our email delivery provider also processes the contact details needed to notify our team. Data may be processed outside Canada, depending on provider locations.

Spam prevention

To limit repeated submissions, the form uses a short-lived, one-way keyed identifier derived from the connection’s IP address. The enquiry database does not store your raw IP address. Hosting providers may separately keep technical access logs.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry information, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@coastalpack.ca. We keep enquiry details while they are needed to handle the conversation and related business records.
